Ceramic Half Doll Pin Cushion, Vintage

Vintage half doll pin cushion. Ceramic top with a stuffed bottom in a satin type material. Lace overlay with red ribbons. Figurine has a pinkish/purplish hat and scarf. No hallmarks that I could find.
Excellent condition with a bit of sticker residue on the bottom. Size is roughly 6.25" tall and 5" across.
