Early Boy Scouts of America Drum, probably in the 1920's-30's era. Tin sides with parchment heads. Sides are showing overall general wear, but overall isn't too bad. Top head has a couple small cuts in it that have not opened up. Bottom head is punched out. A cosmetic fix can easily be done by cutting a circle of parchment and placing it over the damaged head. Or a complete fix can be done by unstringing the drum and putting new heads on. Size is 8" in diameter and 6" high.
This drum has sold for over $200 when in good condition. I've priced this one way below that to take into account the damage to the heads. Still a wonderful decorator piece of a popular collecting category.

As always, buy more than one item from my shop and I'll combine the shipping. I don't make a profit on shipping like some sellers do. However, etsy's calculator doesn't do well with combined orders, so you may get a partial refund of your shipping cost after you have paid for the order.
Keep in mind that many of my items are one-of-a-kind, and I have local customers looking at them. If you buy something that has just sold locally and wasn't yet removed, the order will be cancelled and your full payment returned to you, unless I have a similar item in stock. You can always contact me before your purchase to confirm the item is still available.
